This bold structure is a rare example of Brutalist architecture in Allentown. Built in 1964 for Labor Union 210 it later was a factory producing jewelery for retailers across the country. Now it takes its place as one of the most creative renovations in Buffalo, within sight of the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus and UB Medical School.
Strathman Manor holds 5 studios and 7 one bedroom units, each an example of cool, urban design. Handicap units are available. Studios are filled with light; bedrooms are spacious with large closets and a work-space niche.
Each unit contains: washer/dryer, central air, furnace, hot water tank, dishwasher, high ceilings, double doors w/balcony. Metrorail is around the corner, ready to bring you to Downtown, UB South Campus, HSBC Arena, Canalside and the Waterfront.
